Services Offered
Mayumarri offers a range of services for survivors of childhood trauma.
Survivors refer themselves to our programs and must be committed to their healing.
1. Adult Healing Centre
Survivors over the age of 18 attend a week- long residential healing program, known as the ‘Healing Week’. Contact can be made on 02-49986003 or admin@mayumarri.com.au
2. Kids Kamp
Children and young people under the age of 18, who have been affected by abuse and trauma, can attend a range of residential Kids Kamps. Currently in recess until October this year.
3. Eva House
Young women aged between 16 - 25, who have been impacted by abuse, and who need 3-week rehabilitation can live at Eva House while they are healing and learning life skills. Contact can be made on 02-4998 6162 or evahouse@mayumarri.com.au
4. Outreach Education
We conduct informative seminars in the community to raise awareness of healing for survivors and develop networks with organisations who are interested in our services.
5. Training
We offer the Mayumarri Therapeutic Skills Attainment Course, designed to help survivors re-enter the workforce and positively influence outside organizations with the teachings of Mayumarri. It comprises 8 modules, including understanding trauma, boundaries, childhood development etc.
